CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

1. Guest-Initiated Cancellations

  • 90+ days before departure – 90% refund.
  • 50–90 days before departure – 50% refund.
  • 21–50 days before departure – 25% refund.
  • Less than 21 days before departure – No refund.
Refunds are processed within 10 working days to the original payment method.
Refund requests must be made in writing to sales@thebridgetours.com

Refunds apply only to The Bridge Tours services.
Government safari permits, train/flight tickets, or third-party services are non-refundable once booked.

2. Cancellations by The Bridge Tours

If a tour is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, park closure, safety concerns), guests may choose:

  • 100% credit for a future trip (valid for 12 months), or
  • 100% refund minus any non-refundable components.
